Rene J. Luis, Principal
Mr. Luis brings a strong financial background and more than ten years of healthcare management experience to the partnership.

Mr. Luis has a proven positive track record in developing provider networks, working with payers, cost reporting, consulting regarding Medicare and Medicaid regulations, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, partial hospitalization programs, comprehensive rehabilitation facilities, working with third party administrators, health maintenance organizations, insurance companies and agencies.

Carlos M. Herrera, Principal
Mr. Herrera began his career in public accounting. During the past 21 years, he has held various executive positions and has been a Director or Officer of several publicly and privately held companies in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Herrera has developed relationships and negotiated contracts with HMOs covering commercial, Medicare and Medicaid fee for service, and capitation agreements. He has developed and reorganized PPO and MSO networks, re-pricing agreements, and restructuring gatekeeper and point of service model payers.

Daniel Disgdiertt, Principal
Daniel Disgdiertt, Jr. brings twenty years of healthcare management experience to the partnership. His background is most valuable in quality membership servicing, asset protection and cost control through the creation and maintenance of reliable, responsible business processes, project plans and Company policies and procedures within all operational areas.
Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. Disgdiertt was Vice President of Business Development and Operations for HealthAccess, Inc., an organization providing discounted healthcare programs.

Elizabeth Kenneally, Vice President of Sales
To the Oxonia management team, Liz Kenneally brings 24 years of successful insurance sales and sales management experience. She is highly regarded in her field with significant skills in the areas of agency development, broker recruitment, product research and plan design.

Ms. Kenneally is the driving force behind building brand recognition and in establishing Oxonia at a national level. She is also primarily responsible for developing the external insurance agency and agent sales distribution channels.

Sue Penoyer, Vice President of Operations
Sue Penoyer has more than 25 years of senior management experience in maintaining a responsible financial environment while delivering compliant service excellence across multiple functional areas.

Ms. Penoyer's twelve years of customer service management experience in an in-bound/out-bound servicing environment assist her in delivering cost-effective operational support to Customer Service, Medical Services, and Provider Relations functions.
